What we don't do

We don't pressure-sell

No urgency tactics. If now isn't the right time, we'll say so.

We don't push the carrier paying us most

We recommend what fits. Compensation differences across carriers aren't big enough to bias the recommendation.

We don't disappear after the contract is signed

Implementation, escalations, renewals — same person you started with is still there.
